Slow Cheese

Objectives: open the debate about raw milk and natural cheese with the aim of influencing the legislation in the countries where raw milk is still banned as well as cheese made out of raw milk. Propose tastings, workshops and seminars with local producers and health authorities. Map the problems and the general situation in the different Nordic countries.
