During Terra Madre Nordic, on 1-3 September, 2022, the first ever Nordic Artisan Food Awards, NAFA, will be held. Artisan food producers from all over the Nordic region are invited to compete.
NAFA is organised by Eldrimner – the national resource centre for food crafts, organiser of the yearly Swedish Artisan Food Awards since 1996. The aim of the competition is to support and inspire food artisans in their product development and to increase awareness of and demand for artisan food products. The closing date for entries was 25 July.
