The new program Slow Food Farms aims to create a worldwide network of farms that focus on agroecological methods.
The first training session for Slow Food Farm accelerators in the Nordic countries—designed for Slow Food leaders, members, and activists interested in being a part of building the network—will take place on Monday, the 25th of November. You are welcome to join!
During the training, accelerators will learn about the key elements of agroecology, Slow Food’s approach to agroecology, and how to identify and nominate a farm to the Slow Food Farms network. This knowledge will enable Slow Food activists to engage with local agroecological farms and provide essential support in building a global network of farms dedicated to producing good, clean, and fair food based on agroecological principles.
The online training session for Slow Food Farms accelerators in the Nordic countries is held on Monday, 25th of November, from 6 pm to 8 pm CET. Michaela Saax, chairperson of Slow Food Stockholm and Slow Food Farm accelerator, will lead the session. Slow Food leaders, members, and activists in the Nordic countries are welcome to join!
