Utdelning av utm\u00e4rkelsen\u00a0<strong>Sveriges B\u00e4sta Honungsbutik <\/strong>fr\u00e5n Svenska Bin och <strong>Biodlingsf\u00f6retagarna.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Demonstration<\/strong>: Carola Magnusson, Stora Skuggans v\u00e4rdshus\/Carolas Eko fyller en korg fr\u00e5n den nordiska mathantverksmarknaden och inspirerar oss till nya smakupplevelser, anordnas av Eldrimner.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Framtidens m\u00e5ltidsutbildning i Norden<\/strong>. Restauranger och m\u00e5ltidsupplevelser \u00e4r i en helt annan situation idag i och med pandemin, det os\u00e4kra v\u00e4rldsl\u00e4get och klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar \u00e4n f\u00f6r bara n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sen. F\u00f6r Stockholm och Sverige kommer 2023 att bli ett flerfaldigt jubileums\u00e5r, d\u00e5 kung Carl XVI Gustaf firar 50 \u00e5r p\u00e5 tronen, Stadshuset fyller 100 \u00e5r och Sverige 500 \u00e5r som nation. Dessutom firar t\u00e4vlingen \u00c5rets Kock 40 \u00e5r. Ett stort antal arrangemang kring mat och m\u00e5ltid kommer att h\u00e5llas i huvudstaden under \u00e5ret, men \u00e4ven runt om i landet. Sveriges 21 landsh\u00f6vdingar har engagerat sina l\u00e4n f\u00f6r att ta fram 25 nya landskapsm\u00e5ltider &#8211; samt en ny huvudstadsm\u00e5ltid. Menyerna arbetas fram under detta \u00e5r f\u00f6r att kunna serveras lokalt under 2023 och dessutom presenteras i Stockholm som utn\u00e4mnts till \u201dEuropas gastronomiska huvudstad &#8211; European Capital of Gastronomy 2023\u201d av den europeiska gastronomiska akademien.
