Med goda samarbeten och nyskapande gastronomi visar producenterna v\u00e4gen mot framtidens mat. Ett recept f\u00f6r andra att skapa sina varianter av och med potential att sl\u00e5 stort. En l\u00e4skande innovation med h\u00e4rlig textur som ger mersmak!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sk\u00e4rv\u00e5ngen<\/strong>, en liten fj\u00e4lln\u00e4ra by i nordv\u00e4stra J\u00e4mtland, d\u00e4r jordbrukarfamiljerna Olsson, Magnusson och Norrman gick samman 1999 och drivit jordbruket, mejeriet och lagret i \u00d6stersund.\u00a0 Sk\u00e4rv\u00e5ngens bymejeri AB drevs i m\u00e5nga \u00e5r av Tor och Roland efter att de andra g\u00e5tt i pension. Nu har \u00e4ven Tor och Roland n\u00e5tt pensions \u00e5ldern men har ingen tanke p\u00e5 att sluta riktigt \u00e4n. Nu driver de mejeriet tillsammans med Mathias Gabrielsson och Patrik \u00d6stlund som har n\u00e4stan 30 \u00e5rs erfarenhet av mejeri yrket samt Kim H\u00e5kansson som har varit med i f\u00f6retaget sedan starten. V\u00e5r specialitet \u00e4r att tillverka dessertost av mj\u00f6lken fr\u00e5n byns kor och getter.<\/p>\n<p>I snart 50 \u00e5r har Gide Get i V\u00e4sternorrland varit\u00a0 getostproducenter. Gide Get drivs av Anna Karin Gidlund och hennes man och \u00e4r sedan 1987 en KRAV-m\u00e4rkt getg\u00e5rd. De har i dagsl\u00e4get 63 mj\u00f6lkande getter med en \u00e5rlig ostproduktion p\u00e5 3 ton och ystar oftast p\u00e5 opast\u00f6riserad getmj\u00f6lk med hj\u00e4lp av en alldeles egen framodlad mj\u00f6lksyrakultur och kokar getmese p\u00e5 vasslen fr\u00e5n ostproduktionen. Uppt\u00e4ck olikheterna, m\u00e5ngfalden och nya sp\u00e4nnande kombinationer tillsammans med r\u00e5varun\u00f6rden Martin Ragnar! All glass och sorbet tillverkas fr\u00e5n grunden. Joachim tar med oss p\u00e5 en unik glassresa d\u00e4r lokala, ekologiska r\u00e5varor st\u00e5r i fokus. Vi f\u00e5r stifta bekantskap med olika odlare och b\u00f6nder som Hollanders samarbetar med och vi bjuds in att smaka b\u00e5de getmj\u00f6lksbaserad fruktgelato, vegansk sorbet, yoghurtglass av fj\u00e4llko samt popul\u00e4ra smaken, Brynt Sm\u00f6r och rosmarin. Hollanders aktiva arbete f\u00f6r en h\u00e5llbar verksamhet lyfts och belyses ur olika synvinklar.
