Han har ges\u00e4llbrev fr\u00e5n den tre\u00e5riga l\u00e4rlingsutbildningen p\u00e5 den ekologiska g\u00e5rden Herrmannsdorfer i Tyskland. D\u00e4r fick han b\u00e5de praktiskt och teoretiskt l\u00e4ra sig arbeta med olika djurslag s\u00e5 som n\u00f6t, gris och lamm. Nu \u00e4r Niklas tillbaka i Sverige och jobbar p\u00e5 Almunge K\u00f6tt, ett familje\u00e4gt f\u00f6retag som driver slakteri och styckning f\u00f6r den lokala marknaden. F\u00f6retaget arbetar fr\u00e4mst med legotillverkning, men \u00e4ven med egna produkter inom charkuteri. Niklas anlitas \u00e4ven som expert p\u00e5 Eldrimners kurser i charkuteri d\u00e4r han utbildar b\u00e5de nyb\u00f6rjare och mer erfarna i branschen.<\/p>\n<h3>Prova p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra f\u00e4rskkorv med Niklas Sundstr\u00f6m<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00e4lkommen till en prova p\u00e5- aktivitet d\u00e4r Niklas guidar till hur vi p\u00e5 ett f\u00f6rn\u00e4mligt s\u00e4tt kan f\u00f6r\u00e4dla enklare k\u00f6ttr\u00e5vara till smakfulla f\u00e4rskkorvar p\u00e5 ett enkelt s\u00e4tt. Under dessa tv\u00e5 timmar tar Niklas oss igenom stegen fr\u00e5n r\u00e5vara, som \u00e4r grisk\u00f6tt fr\u00e5n ett litet g\u00e5rdsslakteri, via kryddning, malning, och tillsammans kommer vi fylla korvsprutorna som sedan vevas f\u00f6r hand. Vi l\u00e4r oss fylla och snurra fj\u00e4lstret f\u00f6r att s\u00e5 sm\u00e5ningom ha f\u00e4rdiga f\u00e4rskkorvar och kunskaper om varf\u00f6r vi g\u00f6r som vi g\u00f6r. Sj\u00e4lvklart steker vi dem f\u00f6r att provsmaka tillsammans.
