In 2026, we will bring dialogues on resilient food systems to the table.
During online meetings and workshops, at events across the Nordics, and through collaborative initiatives, we come together to make a change.
As a Slow Food leader or member, you are always welcome to join the online Nordic Calls. Approximately ten times a year, we meet online with friends from all the Nordic and Baltic countries, to share the latest news from our convivia, updates on global Slow Food initiatives and collaborations, and plan ahead.
This year, we are, among other things, focusing on growing the Slow Food Farms network in the Nordic and Baltic countries, and preparing for Terra Madre Nordic 2027; more news on when and where the event will take place, will be shared later in the year.

Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the latest news and tips about local Slow Food events across the Nordics.
Let’s Meet in Italy in September
This year, we will also meet in person!
The biannual Slow Food flagship event, Terra Madre Salone Del Gusto, returns to Turin, Italy, September 24–28. Gathering activists, members, cooks, Indigenous Peoples, fishers, youth, and farmers – this is the most important international event dedicated to food politics.
We will, as in previous years, arrange a Nordic gathering during the event. More on that will be shared later as well.
